The VIP Guest outfit is a disguise that appears in Hitman: Blood Money in the mission "You Better Watch Out...". The outfit consists of a tuxedo, a butterfly tie and a pin with a heart on it. It is superior to the regular version of the outfit.

The disguise gives the same movement freedom as the Guest disguise, however the major difference is that Agent 47 also has the option to enter the back room on the main party floor. It does not grant access to other security rooms, and does not allow 47 to enter the top floor of the penthouse. Its use is minimal, and obtaining one discreetely is very difficult. It is somewhat difficult to distinguish from the ordinary guest outfits, since the only difference is a heart emblem on the jacket. The easiest way to obtain one without alerting anybody is by strangling and pulling a VIP guest up through the elevator hatch where his body will be hidden, although this obviously voids the Silent Assassin rating.
