"I don't care how good this guy's supposed to be. Unless he's got wings, he couldn't have gone far."
Vincent mentioning 47 to Walter.

Vincent Tooms is a minor character that is introduced in Hitman: Absolution. He appears in the mission "Operation: Sledgehammer" during the second segment "Outgunned".

Overview[]

In "Operation Sledgehammer" outside the Hope Courthouse, Benjamin Travis has sieged the small town of Hope to find and terminate Agent 47. While the Agency temporarily resides in the town many ICA grunts and grunt captains coordinate there plans and tactics with each other. One of those grunts is Vincent Tooms, as he is introduced he is shown telling Walter Hoey about blockades and how unless if 47 had wings he couldn't have made it far. From there the two will remain on the ICA Tablet.

Trivia[]

  • Vincent Tooms was a kill-able target in the Contracts Mode for Absolution.
    • If committed correctly, Vincent and Walter can both ironically get killed with 47's fiber wire. Doing so will require him to terminate all other grunts around them.
  • The tablet is later used by John Valencia and Hurg Derpos as well.
  • Vincent will only attack the player if spotted however it is very easy to not get spotted as he and Walter are conistantly focused on the gathering information on the ICA Tablet.
