Vito Lombardi (also known as "The Broker") is the leader The Grand United and a member of Shrapnel and a target who appears in the third Chapter of Hitman Sniper: The Shadows.

Membership to his cabal helps its disciples access a network of illegal services that Vito Lombardi arranges, facilities, and brokers to the needs of its individual members.
