Walter Menard (also known as The Extractor) is a target in HITMAN™. He appears in the mission of the same name and was one of The Sarajevo Six, a group of war criminals that were targeted by the International Contract Agency.
Background[]
"Walter Menard remained with CICADA, becoming a career mercenary. He is a veteran problem solver who specializes in more sensitive tasks than his colleagues. As such, he has become CICADA's preferred operative for extraction operations when important VIPs need to be managed.
Psychological profiles indicate that his urbane and professional facade is skin-deep. Menard displays all the signs of PTSD, with a stream of failed relationships that have witnessed a man easily cracking under pressure.
Finally, Menard is known to have ongoing contact with other current and former members of the Sigma operations group, and as such, he may be investigating rumors following the disappearance of Scott Sarno and Gary Lunn.
